If you are building your own Spring Floor, we encourage you to source the Baltic Birch (9mm BBCP) locally. This 5' x 5' x 9mm (aka 3/8") plywood is strongly recommended for Spring Floors because it is warp- and break-resistant, yet it is flexible enough to allow most users to "tweak" the boards to engage the springs. If you find you are unable to find it locally, we would be happy to provide a delivered price.

We can figure the amount of boards that you will need, and email you a delivered price. Currently, due to the ongoing shortage of this product, we are not offering this for sale except as part of an Assembled Spring Floor.

We can guide you on how many sheets your particular floor would take to complete. Here are a few common sizes for reference.

6' x 42' 24 boards
12' x 42' 44 boards
18' x 42' 66 boards
24' x 42' 85 boards
36' x 42' 126 boards
40' x 40' 128 boards
42' x 42' 146 boards
42' x 48' 164 boards
42' x 54' 187 boards

We highly recommend ordering a few more sheets than these minimums to account for mis-cuts or other errors.
