These welded steel floorplates feature chrome-plated spring loaded pop-up cap, replaceable 1/2" thread anchor bolts, a sufficient supply of quick drying mortar and step-by-step instructions. Provides worry-free anchoring for all wood or wood over concrete floors. Top is 3 1/4" diameter.
